Get Involved at Your School!

The Drought School Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is dedicated to fostering a strong partnership between parents, teachers, and the community to enhance the educational experience for our students. We strive to establish open communication among faculty, staff, administration, and families, ensuring that everyone is informed and engaged in school activities and initiatives.

Our PTO plays a vital role in giving back to the school and its students. Through fundraising efforts, we support a range of initiatives that directly impact the student experience, from improving playground facilities to providing new athletic uniforms. Additionally, we help offset transportation costs for field trips, ensuring that all students have the opportunity to participate in enriching experiences outside the classroom. Our dedicated volunteers organize concessions at sporting events, coordinate refreshments for staff during conference days, and manage our popular Trunk or Treat event, creating a festive atmosphere for families and students alike.

We are also proud to host a successful spring craft show, which not only raises funds for our programs but also showcases the talents of local artisans. These events foster community spirit and provide opportunities for families to connect and engage. If you’re interested in getting involved or have questions about our programs and events, please reach out to us at pto@drought.school. Together, we can create an enriching and supportive atmosphere at Drought School, making a lasting impact on our children's education and well-being!
